Every time that I finish a journal–which is pretty often, might I say–I am quick to start a new one. This one though, I am most excited about. Why? Because it has a definite theme…to experience God in a way that requires confidence through faith and not being concerned with what others think. This was the “mission statement” that I wrote on the very first page.
Now, I want to share this mission with you! Everyday, I am going to try to do something that I would have never done before, something that either I was too scared to do or too embarrassed to do before. You don’t have to do the same things that I do, but I will post every here and there what I have most recently done…
You may be wondering, “So what in the world are you going to do?” I want to do silly things like walking barefoot, picking up trash that I would normally walk past, giving strangers notes of encouragement. Honestly, I don’t really know what all, but anything that would experience God’s loving kindness, His amazing work of Creation, and so much more…. I want to do it!
Join me, and let’s cast our burdens on the Lord and run uninhibited, letting the Gospel speed ahead as happened among us (2 Thessalonians 3:1). Let’s take on this new mission and experience God
